MEET THE DIRECTORS
DIRECTOR
Amber Foster has served as a missionary in Honduras since 2004. She is the mother to 7 beautiful children and the Director of Breaking Chains Honduras, a ministry that serves primarily young adults living in at-risk situations in Tegucigalpa. Her interest in MK Camp began when she volunteered in the kitchen while attending camp with her oldest daughter in 2017. Upon seeing the unique bonds formed between the missionary kids at camp she became passionate about seeing the camp continue to grow. Her years of experience working with children and her passion for Christian relationships help equip her for her role as Camp Director.
co-DIRECTOR
David Logue has served as a missionary in Honduras since 2008. He founded Mountain Top Ministries, a small boys’ home for at-risk young men, in Santa Lucia. Currently, MTM is home to 9 remarkable young men, ages 8-22. David also volunteers with TORCH Missions by helping short-term groups with building houses and ensuring their trip to Honduras is most productive. Summer camp was the highlight of his year growing up. His interest in MK Camp started after Amber returned from her trip in 2017. After his first summer co-directing, his passion for summer camp reignited and he is excited to see the camp grow.
